As it appears for now the “Big Four of Thrash” tour is still a mere rumor, we all have some serious dosage to look forward to otherwise. Rallying support of twelfth studio release ENDGAME, Megadeth has begun plans for one epic North American tour this fall. Slayer co-headlines the Canadian leg in support of World Painted Blood, Machine Head carries on in the U.S. for its first half, Warbinger for its second. Kicking off for the States on November 14th in Michigan and concluding on December 10th in Montana, The ENDGAME tour will also feature the deadly hardcore of Suicide Silence and Arcanium as openers.
Until then, keep eyes out for Slayer and Megadeth’s aforementioned releases. ENDGAME is out beginning today, while Slayer’s World Painted Blood comes in November.
Also of note, with Metallica coming around the bend for its headlining tour, we have to wonder — where the hell is Anthrax when you need it?
