Moving away from Oxfordshire for the first time in its 13 year history, Truck Festival will head across the pond for a Woodstock-inspired party in 2010, reports NME.
The independent festival, which had featured many alternative rock acts, including Ash and Supergrass, will take place from April 30th to May 2nd next year at Full Moon Resort in upstate New York. Ironically, this is 30 miles closer to Woodstock than the actual Woodstock Festival was!
Though no acts have been announced for Truck America yet, the organizers are hoping for a 1000-person capacity. Also, no word yet on when tickets will go on sale. Of course, you’ll be the first to know when details do surface.
