GAYNGS, the new Justin Vernon, Megafaun, and Solid Gold-featuring indie collective, has announced plans for its first ever live performance. On May 14th, the band will take to Minneapolis’ First Avenue for two back-to-back shows, starting at 5:00pm. Per Jambands, “The evening’s theme is The Last Prom on Earth, and the venue is expected to reflect that colorful spirit.” Update: According to the band’s publicist, “everyone or nearly everyone who plays on the record” (around 24 people) will be appearing at the performances.
