Roger Waters adds European leg to Wall tour

As previously reported, Roger Waters has quite the lineup planned for the North American portion of the tour where the Pink Floyd founder revisits the 1979 classic The Wall. Kicking off September 15th in Toronto, ON and winding down on December 14th in Anaheim, CA, the 66-year-old rocker is ready to kill himself for the most personal album of his career. But a whirlwind 2010 isn’t all Mr. Waters has on tap; turns out spring of 2011 is going to be just as hectic as he tours through Europe.

As of now, Waters will take a few months off before launching his European leg on March 21st in Lisbon, PT. He’ll then tour across the UK and Europe before winding down on June 18th in Düsseldorf, Germany. Notable dates include a three-night stint at London’s O2 Arena and multiple stops throughout Germany.

As with the North American tour, RogerWaters.com will offer fan club members exclusive pre-sale opportunities. Click here for additional information and to sign up. Tickets for the European and UK legs will go on sale to the general public starting Friday, June 4th. North American tickets remain on sale here.
