Internet pop sensation Kreyshawn directed the music video for Red Hot Chili Peppers’ new single, “The Adventures of Rain Dance Maggie”. Well, the first version that is. According to Stadium-Arcadium, the band ultimately chose to scrap Kreyshawn’s clip and instead team up with Katy Perry and Nelly video mastermind Marc Klasfeld for a second version. That version is the one MTV debuted today and which you can watch above. The five-minute clip consists mostly of footage from the band’s recent surprise rooftop performance in Vencice Beach. But, hey, Anthony still has his porn stash and is wearing an OFF! hat, so that’s something.
