While bands have performed to of vehicles before, those are usually stationary or moving at a very leisurely pace. City Rain dispenses of any such slow action in the video for “I’m Gone”. The entire film is shot from the back of a pickup truck traveling down the highway. Ben Runyan and Jarrett Zerrer play through the song has the wind whips against them. They travel through stretches of forests, the suburbs, and even find time to stop at a drive-thru.
“I’m Gone” is the title track from City Rain’s upcoming EP, available October 11th.
