The dark is pretty scary when you are young. Whatever lurks beyond those shadows is definitely not as warm as your blankets, or your parent’s bed. This is what Grieves demonstrates in his video for “Boogie Man”, the one thing all children seem to (at some point) fear the most. But in this sceneario, the video’s hero doesn’t fear the boogie man, but rather suits up to do battle with his invisible foe. The dark will never be as scary again.
