Heading to Asheville, NC for Moogfest this weekend? Don’t forget that tomorrow is the 2nd Annual Official Moogfest Pre-Party, brought to you by Consequence of Sound, AC Entertainment, Moog Music, and the Bob Moog Foundation. If you’re anywhere in the vicinity, you’ll definitely want to be at the Asheville Music Hall tomorrow night, where Thomas Fec, aka Maniac Meat, aka Tobacco, will offer up his psychedelic electronics to crack open the spooktacular weekend.
But, wait, there’s more. We’ve also added street bass wunderkind, Panther God. He’ll keep things real warm and cozy before Tobacco terrorizes the night. So, all witches, all skeletons, all Jack-O-Lanterns, gather ’round and watch.
Doors open at 8 p.m. ET and admission is free for any Moogfest weekend pass and daily ticket holders. Attendees only need to show their ticket confirmation and identification at the door. For non-ticketholders, there will be a $5 cover. All attendees will receive a raffle ticket at the door, which will make them eligible to win either two passes into the weekend’s festival, or if they’re already attending, a chance for a VIP upgrade.
