We’re still a ways off until B.o.B. drops his sophomore LP, Strange Clouds, set for release sometime in March 2012. But already Bobby Ray Simmons, Jr. is sparking up the hype machine. Last night, he hit up 30 Rock to visit Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, where he knocked out the album’s titular track. Although Lil’ Wayne, who guests on the cut, didn’t surprise anyone with an appearance on stage, B.o.B. held his own, soaring over Questlove’s supporting beats and a line of back up singers. Not surprisingly, B.o.B. never once took off his shades. Remind us, how’s that Timbuk3 song go again?
