Last night’s lineup on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon: Michael Moore (Roger & Me), Josh Charles (Dead Poets Society), and…Chromeo. How 1989 – at least depending on how you look at it. Still brandishing its slick ’80s-inspired swagger, Montreal’s Chromeo, along with the always-stunning Solange Knowles (!), arrived at NBC’s Studio 6B to perform “When the Night Falls”, off last year’s Business Casual. Much like The Flaming Lips or Empire of the Sun, if you’ve seen ’em, you’ve seen ’em from here on out. However, similar to those aforementioned acts, you’re always guaranteed a “good time.” And if you’re like this guy – depressed (Morrissey canceled Chicago’s gig #firstworldproblems), sick (this drip in the throat is going nowhere), and sleep-deprived (idiot neighbors and their vibrating cell phones + thin walls = no sleep ’til Brooklyn) – then that’s a guarantee worth taking. Thanks Dave 1, you ol’ doppelgänger, you. Relive the Tuesday fiesta below, courtesy of The Audio Perv.
