Childish Gambino announces “Camp Gambino” tour

This spring, Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, will invite folks both young and old to attend Camp Gambino. But, despite the name, this isn’t some nature trip through the forests of Stone Mountain, GA. Instead, it’s the hip-hop star’s latest U.S. tour, which kicks off March 16th in Atlanta, all in support of his latest LP, the CoS Top Star-earning Camp.

Using a faux camp site, which actually looks quite convincing, Gambino posted next year’s itinerary. Despite the lack of arts and crafts or any sort of water sports, the tour does include stops in Atlanta, Asheville, Detroit, Minneapolis, Chicago, et al. Peep the full list of tour dates below (via Paste), and head here for ticketing info. Hey, it beats fat camp.

Update: The equally talented Danny Brown will serve as support for these dates.

Camp is out now via Glassnote Records. Order your own copy on CD or digitally.
