A day after Montreal avant-pop band Islands debuted “This Is Not A Song”, the first track from their forthcoming record A Sleep & A Forgetting, its accompanying music video hits the web. Straight forward in nature, the clip captures the band performing the song in dapper, vintage suits. Simple enough, but all too fitting for the number’s slow, waltzy vibe – sorta like a good pair of gloves. Check out the video below (via Stereogum).
