After surviving a recent bout with vampirism, My Morning Jacket braved the midnight hour again last night, though this time they tossed a rain check on any undead wakes. Instead, they hit up Jimmy Kimmel Live! to knock out two solid cuts off their latest LP, Circuital: “Outta My System” and “First Light”. By now, it’s obvious frontman and guitarist Jim James’ hair isn’t getting any shorter, and it had as much fun last night as he did, swallowing the air in all its Kentucky glory.
