Last year, Wavves frontman Nathan Williams teamed up with his brother Kynan as the production duo Sweet Valley. Over the course of several months, they released three decidedly unique mixtapes: the video-game-sampling Champ, the bombastic Stay Calm, and the ultra-psychedelic Jenova. Today, the brothers Williams return with SV, a 40-minute, 12-track effort of hyperactive drum and bass that relies heavily on frenetic percussion and skewered vocals samples to create the feeling of dancing in some grimy warehouse after slamming a case of Red Bulls.
