Watch Morrissey perform “Every Day Is Like Sunday”, from Morrissey 25 concert film

Well, look at this: a news story about Morrissey not involving canceled tour dates. Today, Moz previews his forthcoming concert film Morrissey 25: Live From Hollywood High, with a live clip of the Viva Hate standout “Everyday Is Like Sunday”. If your favorite parts of a Morrissey performance are his, er, intriguing facial expressions and near-distracting crowd posturing, then you’re in for a bigger treat than a bowl of penne pasta and tomato. Watch the replay below (via NME).

Morrissey 25 is taken from a March 2nd gig at Hollywood High School in Los Angeles, CA, where he performed a career-spanning set to an intimate crowd of 1,000. According to Rolling Stone, the film also features fan tributes and a guest appearance from Russell Brand. The CD will be released on August 29th, while the DVD and Blu-ray hit shelves in October.
