Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks hit Los Angeles’ El Rey Theatre last night, where they supported the release of their most recent album, Wig Out at Jagbags. However, the evening’s real highlight came when Malkmus revisited his time with Pavement, teaming up with guitarist Scott Kannberg, a.k.a. Spiral Stairs for a rendition of “Stereo”. It marked their first time together on-stage since Pavement’s reunion tour in 2010. Watch the footage below.
