Florida-born, L.A.-based experimental pop outfit Hundred Waters will release a new album on May 27th via Skrillex’s label OWSLA. Entitled The Moon Rang Like a Bell, the 12-track effort includes previous singles “Down from the Rafters” and “Cavity”, as well as the just-revealed track, “XTalk”.
Like its predecessors, “XTalk” boasts the group’s brand of glitchy, darkly shaded, yet stunning pop. Anchored by frontwoman Nicole Miglis’ siren-like voice, the song’s stuttering percussion and glimmering pianos make for a hypnotic track.
Below, check out its accompanying lyric video (via Pitchfork).
