Coldplay have unveiled the video for “Magic”, the lead single off their upcoming album, Ghost Stories. Director Jonas Åkerlund takes a very literal approach, crafting a silent film based around an old-timey magic show. Coldplay’s own Chris Martin pulls double duty here, playing both a charming magician and his assistant’s brutish husband. Ziyi Zhang, of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon fame, also stars in the video.
