Consequence of Sound, in conjunction with McDonald’s, is excited to share the latest installment of its Festival Fever video series featuring New York indie-pop duo MS MR.
Watch as the band performs two tracks from last year’s Secondhand Rapture: “Think of You” is a slow and sultry neo-R&B ballad in the vein of The xx, while “Hurricane” starts out with a similar aesthetic before expanding into a dance-pop ballad with a bit more pep and vigor to it.
For the Q&A portion, the pair discusses how they met at university, how keyboardist/producer Max Hershenow almost became a dancer, the differences of writing music versus performing, playing festival gigs, the importance of fashion, and much more.
