In less than a month’s time, The Arcs, the new band led by The Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach, will put out Yours, Dreamily. Already we’ve heard a pair of tracks from the debut album in “Stay in My Corner” and “Outta My Mind”. Today, the indie rockers have premiered a third song called “Put a Flower in Your Pocket”.
Rife with foggy, psychedelic vibes, it can be streamed in full below via its animated music video, directed by El Oms. Check it out.
Yours, Dreamily is slated to drop on September 4th through Nonesuch Records. The 14-track effort was recorded in “roughly two weeks through spontaneous, informal sessions across the country,” including the Sound Factory in Los Angeles and Auerbach’s own Easy Eye Sound in Nashville.
