In just one week’s time, Coldplay will return with their seventh and possibly final album, A Head Full of Dreams. Ahead of its release, the English outfit has unveiled the music video for lead single “Adventure of a Lifetime”.
Directed by Mat Whitecross, the clip finds Chris Martin & co. reimagined as a group of music-loving, CGI’ed chimpanzees. Who knew great apes dig disco? Check out the wild watch below.
A Head Full of Dreams, the follow-up to last year’s Ghost Stories, arrives on December 4th via Parlophone/Atlantic. The 11-track effort is said to include guest appearances from Noel Gallagher, Beyoncé, Tove Lo, and — wait for it — President Barack Obama, whose rendition of “Amazing Grace” is used on the LP. Yesterday, the band released “Everglow” as the latest teaser track.
In related news, the band recently announced a South American and European tour for 2016; find those dates here.
