Samuel L. Jackson, Gary Oldman, and Ryan Reynolds sign on for Hitman’s Bodyguard

    A trio of powerhouse names will suit up together for Millennium Films’ upcoming action film Hitman’s BodyguardRyan ReynoldsSamuel L. Jackson, and Gary Oldman have all signed on for the film, with production scheduled for an April 4th start date.

    The story follows a world-renowned protection agent (Reynolds) who must protect a hitman, an old enemy who has given up the game. They have 24 hours to get to the Hague while being chased down by Oldman’s villainous character. Jackson will presumably play the role of the hitman, though his role was not mentioned in the The Hollywood Reporter’s original report.

    Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2, Never Back Down) will direct from a script by Tim O’Connor.
