Nile Rodgers has a long collaborative history with Duran Duran, including producer a producer credit on the band’s newest album Paper Gods. Next spring they’ll reconnect once again as Rodgers’ Chic will share the stage with Duran Duran for a co-headlining tour.
The extensive jaunt, which consists of two separate legs, kicks off in late March. Hopefully by then Chic will have released their new album It’s About Time, originally announced for release this summer.
Update – Monday, January 25th, 2016 at 3:05 p.m.: Duran Duran have fleshed out their upcoming North American tour. They’ve also added Shamir as an opening act.
