Through their Play It Forward Campaign, Eagles of Death Metal have been raising money for the victims of November’s Paris terror attacks, including those who were in attendance at the band’s concert at the Bataclan. The fundraising project, which sees artists and bands worldwide covering EODM song “I Love You All the Time”, promises that 100% of all profits will be donated to charity.
My Morning Jacket, Savages, Florence and the Machine, Dean Ween, and Jimmy Eat World, among many others, have already offered up their renditions of the track. Now, EODM has unveiled the second round of covers, which includes a particularly beautiful, haunting take from gothic rocker/singer-songwriter Cheslea Wolfe. There are also submissions from Matt Cameron of Pearl Jam and Soundgarden, Nada Surf, and The Whigs.
