This year’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony kicked off with a tribute to the late, great David Bowie. The dazzling, high-energy affair saw David Byrne, The Roots, and Kimbra perform the Thin White Duke classic “Fame” for a crowd of thousands at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
The Roots and Kimbra were originally scheduled to appear at two Bowie tribute concerts in New York last month. However, they canceled last minute due to issues over shared stage equipment.
Below, check out pics and fan-caught clips of the “Fame” tribute.
