Rock ‘n’ roll supergroup The Hollywood Vampires have announced their first-ever tour. The collaboration features Alice Cooper, Johnny Depp, and Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, along with Guns N’ Roses members Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum, guitarist Tommy Henriksen, and multi-instrumentalist Bruce Witkin.
The tour is mapped out as to not conflict with the member’s other projects, including Guns N’ Roses’ own summer tour. The docket includes a string of shows in Europe in late May/early June. A US leg follows in July.
Update – Monday, April 11th, 2016 at 9:45 a.m. CT: The Hollywood Vampires have expanded their tour to include an 18-date North American tour. The lineup includes Cooper, Depp, and Perry along with Sorum, Henriksen, and Witkin. As McKagan will be busy with GNR, Stone Temple Pilots’ Robert DeLeo will handle bass on the jaunt.
The Hollywood Vampires will be touring in support of their 2015 self-titled debut.
