A Syrian suicide bomber injured 15 people in Ansbach, Germany on Sunday evening, according to CNN. The attack occurred outside the entrance of the Ansbach Open Music Festival, where upwards of 2,500 people were gathered.

The man had attempted to enter the festival grounds, but was denied entry because he had no ticket. According to police, he lingered around an outdoor seating area of a nearby wine restaurant, where he ultimately blew himself up. He was the only fatality. Among the 15 people injured, all are expected to survive.

According to Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann, the man pledged allegiance to ISIS, though other government officials say his motives are as yet unclear.
