The Last Shadow Puppets improvised a song about Tame Impala at last month’s Open’er Festival in Poland. This past Saturday, at Ontario’s WayHome Festival, Alex Turner and Miles Kane sang their hearts out for another band: Arcade Fire.

“Are you ready for Arcade Fire?” Turner bellowed before warning the crowd: “Better get a good place if you know what’s good for you.” With haunting keys sounding off in the background like something out of a Dead Man Bones track, Kane chimed in, “Set me on fire!” Turns out The Last Shadow Puppets were absolutely right — Win Butler & co. ended up giving the WayHome audience one of the best darn sets of the weekend.
