The world has taken plenty of unexpected turns as of late; but if there’s one constant, it’s Justin Bieber acting like an asshole. While in Barcelona today, the 22-year-old singer inexplicably sucker punched a seemingly innocuous fan who reached in for a high-five as his car drove by. Where is the Coachella bouncer when you need him? Then again, these days this sort of thing gets you elected president, so who am I to judge?
