Lambchop released one of the top albums of 2016 with FLOTUS. Now, Kurt Wagner and his band, which includes Wye Oak multi-instrumentalist Andy Stack, have carried over that LP’s R&B textures to their new cover of Prince’s “When You Were Mine”. Smooth and sensual, it’s a worthy tribute to the Dirty Mind music legend.
