The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival has announced its 2017 lineup. Over 500 acts will perform across 12 stages during the festival’s two weekends (April 28th – 30th and May 4th – 7th).
Among the highlights: Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Stevie Wonder, Kings of Leon, Usher with The Roots, Lorde, Snoop Dogg, NAS with The Soul Rebels Alabama Shakes, Wilco, Trey Anastasio Band, Widespread Panic, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Earth Wind & Fire, Buddy Guy, The Meters, Dr. John, Leon Bridges, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, and Dawes.
Also playing are Maroon 5, Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Harry Connick Jr., Darius Rucker, George Benson, Aaron Neville, Corinne Bailey Rae, Irma Thomas, Jon Batiste and Stay Human, Amos Lee, The Revivalists, Ivan Neville’s Dumpstaphunk, Galactic, Rhiannon Giddens, Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, Blues Traveler, The Mavericks, The Lone Bellow, Rebirth Brass Band, Big Sam’s Funky Nation, Margo Price, Lake Street Dive, Kermit Ruffins & the Barbeque Swingers, Anders Osborne, Tab Benoit, Sonny Landreth, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Big Freedia, and more.
