Run the Jewels, Slowdive, Purity Ring to play inaugural Fortress Festival in Fort Worth, Texas

Fortress Festival is a new two-day event taking place in Dallas-Fort Worth. The inaugural lineup boasts Run the Jewels, Slowdive, Purity Ring, Flying Lotus, Peter Hook & The Light, and Wolf Parade.

Also confirmed to play are Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, SURVIVE, Houndmouth, Whitney, Alvvays, Dengue Fever, Quaker City Night Hawks, and Sam Lao, among others.

Fortress Festival goes down April 29th and 30th in the Cultural District of Fort-Worth. One stage will be set up the grounds of the Will Rogers Memorial Center and another on the reflecting pond at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth.
