Below, you’ll find an updated list of livestreams scheduled for the coming days and details on how to watch them.     La Blogothèque is offering a new spin on its beloved “Take Away Shows” with “Stay Away Shows”. As they explain it, “We want our entire community and all music lovers to have access to their favourite artists and discover new talents during the confinement period. Every day, at 7pm Paris time, 2pm NYC time, 11am LA time, on our Instagram, friends from The Blogothèque will come and play a live show with a lot of surprises. Please, stay home, stay safe.”

    Brendan Benson’s “Boy in a Bubble”

    The Raconteurs’ Brendan Benson has announced “Boy In A Bubble”, a daily series of livestreamed solo performances. Benson will perform one song per day, pulling from all points of his storied career and premiering material from his upcoming solo album Dear Life.

    Amanda Shires’ “I So Lounging”

    When: Tuesday, April 7th at 6:30 p.m. EDT

    Where: YouTube

    Amanda Shires has been staging daily live performances on YouTube with her husband Jason Isbell. Past performances have featured songs from her collaborative project The Highwomen and a cover of Warren Zevon.

    Phish’s “Dinner and a Movie”

    When: Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. EST

    Where: LivePhish.com

    Each Tuesday for the foreseeable future, Phish will air a full show for free from their LivePhish.com archive. Each broadcast will begin promptly at 8:30 p.m. EDT.

    Phish will also provide fans with recommended in-home recipes so they can cook along and enjoy dinner while watching the show.

    Lastly, each show will provide fans with the opportunity to donate to a non-profit hand-picked by the band.

    Drew Holcomb’s “Kitchen Covers”

    Drew Holcomb is making the most of his time in self-quarantine by creating the “Kitchen Covers” series that streams every evening at 9:00 p.m. EST via Instagram and Facebook. So far, he’s covered songs by The Avett Brothers, Tom Petty, U2, and Kenny Rogers.

    Diplo’s “Corona World Tour”

    For the duration of social distancing/quarantine practices in the U.S., Diplo will livestream DJ sets from his house five nights per week. The streams will be themed in line with Diplo’s interests: “A Very Lazer Sunday”, paying homage to his group, Major Lazer’s, dancehall and reggae roots airing Sundays at 7:00 p.m. EST; a mixed-bag “Ronatronix” set Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. EST (the name a throwback to the iconic Hollertronix parties that launched his career); country-flecked variety show “The Thomas Wesley Show Thursdays” at 10:00 p.m. EST; ambient “Corona Sabbath Fridays” at 10:00 p.m. EST; and a good, old fashioned “Coronight Feve”r rave Saturday nights at 11:00 p.m. EST.

    Major publishers and record labels will allow the archived streams to live on YouTube and to be monetized by respective rights holders, with royalties being paid to all those whose music is played in the shows.

    Rufus Wainwright’s “Musical Everydays”

    In a series he’s calling “Musical Everydays,” Rufus Wainwright is performing one song from his catalog everyday on piano. Early installments have seen him play “Grey Gardens”, “The Art Teacher”, and “Vibrate”.

    “In these dire times, I want to share some music with you all from the warmth and comfort of our home in Los Angeles. Hopefully you’re at your homes with your loved ones as well. We have to stay positive and I feel that music and art are a large part of what gets us through times like these. It’s even more essential to be reminded about what it really means to be human: compassionate, caring, creative,” Wainwright says.

    UnCancelled Music Festival

    From April 2nd-9th, the Los Angeles venues are gathering together for a virtual week-long festival featuring indie artists to support them during the COVID-19 crisis. Explore virtual stages from venues like The Hotel Cafe and more, all while supporting Recording Academy’s MusiCares Emergency Financial Assistance Fund.

    World Cafe & Royal Mountain’s “World Tour”

    Royal Mountain Records and World Cafe have announced their co-presentation of the “World Tour” live stream series. The series runs nightly throughout April at 7:00 p.m. EST, with each evening featuring two artists from different countries performing live via Royal Mountain’s Instagram.

    “ISOL-AID: Lunch Without Borders”

    Taking place over 2 hours from 11.30 a.m Australian eastern time this Wednesday, Lunch Without Borders will see 5 artists from around the globe play a short Instagram Live concert for their Australian fans via ISOL-AID’s growing platform. They’ll be joined by 3 local Australian artists throughout the event. ISOL-AID launched 3 weeks ago and has run a live streaming festival over consecutive weekends and has been warmly embraced by the Australian music community.

    Kvelertak

    Kvelertak have announced “Live From Your Living Room”, a 60-minute livestream taking place from the venue Artilleriverkstedet in Norway.

    In addition, there will be an option for fans to chat live to each other and the band, with a special event t-shirt available to order, plus merch bundles from the 2020 tour, which was halted early due to the developing COVID-19 pandemic. There is no restriction on the number of fans that can participate and virtual tickets can be purchased at the time via credit card, Paypal, or the Norwegian mobile payment system VIPPS.

    Overcoats Take Over Consequence of Sound’s Instagram

    “Co-Trilla Quarantine Sessions”

    When: April 10th-12th

    Triller, the AI-powered music video “social streaming” platform, presents “Co-Trilla Quarantine Sessions,” an epic three-day music festival April 10th-12th, 2020 to benefit COVID-19 relief efforts. Produced by Propagate along with Proxima Media’s Daniel Herther, the curated festival content will stream on Triller’s YouTube channel. Jay Pharoah, noted actor, stand-up comedian, impressionist, rapper, and voice actor, will host the event in collaboration with five-time Emmy nominated writer and creator Chris Case.

    “DIYsolation Festival”

    In a time of isolation and uncertainty, music can be both universal and unifying. Today artists have joined together to announce Human To Human, a Facebook Live Benefit Event taking place on Saturday, April 11th from noon to midnight ET. All proceeds from the event will benefit PLUS1’s COVID-19 Relief Fund working in conjunction with MusiCares and Sweet Relief. Viewers will be to contribute via Facebook’s Donate feature or by texting PLUS1H2H to 50155.

    “Nether Meant Festival”

    Open Pit and Anamanaguchi have announced the “Nether Meant Festival,” an evening in the video game Minecraft, featuring virtual performances by American Football, Anamanaguchi, and more to benefit Good360.

    The festival is being headlined by Polyvinyl labelmates, American Football and Anamanaguchi.     “People Supporting Artists Telethon”

    Rosanne Cash, John Oates, Keb’ Mo’, Soccer Mommy, and Shovels & Rope are banding together for a new online telethon to raise money for the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund. The “People Supporting Artists Telethon” will air live from Nashville on Saturday, April 11th, at 7 p.m. ET.

    The telethon will mix at-home musical performances with a lo-fi throwback vibe, skits, and personal stories from those who have benefited from MusiCares.     Sound Mind has announced an interactive virtual music benefit concert, Closer in Crisis. This pioneering benefit concert will feature at-home, streamed performances from Chad Urmston of Dispatch, Taylor Goldsmith of Dawes, Langhorne Slim, Foy Vance, Jade Bird, Ballroom Thieves and more, to build a community of support and open dialogue around mental health amidst the COVID-19 crisis.

    The event will be hosted by comedian Chris Gethard, and feature spoken word by world poetry slam
    finalist Patrick Roche. Experts from Mental Health America, American Psychological Association,
    and National Alliance on Mental Illness of New York City will provide information on virtual mental
    health resources, support programs, and best practices for self-care while social distancing. The event

    “One World: Together At Home”

    International advocacy organization Global Citizen and the World Health Organization (WHO) have announced “One World: Together At Home”, a global broadcast special to honor and support healthcare workers in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.The event will air simultaneously on ABC, CBS, and NBC, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, and Jimmy Fallon.

    Taking place on Saturday, April 18th and curated by Lady Gaga, the broadcast will include Alanis Morissette, Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day, Burna Boy, Chris Martin, David Beckham, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, FINNEAS, Idris and Sabrina Elba, J Balvin, John Legend, Kacey Musgraves, Keith Urban, Kerry Washington, Lang Lang, Lizzo, Maluma, Paul McCartney, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Shah Rukh Khan and Stevie Wonder, as well as real experiences from doctors, nurses, and families around the world.

    Neil Young’s “Fireside Sessions”

    On a semi-regular basis, Neil Young will host “Fireside Sessions” from his home in Telluride, Colorado. “Because we are all at home and not venturing out, we will try to do a stream from my fireplace with my lovely wife [Daryl Hannah] filming. It will be a down-home production, a few songs, a little time together,” explains the songwriting legend.

    The initial episode featured a six-song set with performances of “Vampire Blues”, “Razor Love”, and “Tell Me Why”.

    Yo-Yo Ma’s “Songs of Comfort”

    On a semi-regular basis, Yo-Yo Ma will perform live on Instagram. “In these days of anxiety, I wanted to find a way to continue to share some of the music that gives me comfort,” he says.
