Benny Blanco has released “Bad Decisions,” a collaboration with BTS and Snoop Dogg, as well as the single’s music video. “Bad Decisions” is the first single from Blanco’s forthcoming LP, his third, which is set for release later this year.
BTS’s vocal line — Jin, Jimin, V, and Jungkook — deliver smooth, fresh vocals throughout the upbeat song. “You’re so damn beautiful you make me sick/ I want your love, I want your name,” Jungkook and Jimin trade off in the first verse. “I can’t seem to ever get you out of my mind/ I want you, baby, all of the time,” add Jin and V on the chorus.
Meanwhile, the track’s visual finds the producer in full BTS ARMY mode, preparing for a BTS concert in his best Jimin-inspired outfit before frantically heading to So-Fi Stadium (a little too relatable). With plenty of merch (Blanco seems to be a “Dynamite”-era stan?), a purple cake, and choreography prepared, he is absolutely not messing around. Meanwhile, Snoop Dogg, who just sounds happy to be there, lets everyone know that he’s still out here “lookin’ fly.”
As BTS’s second chapter continues with collaborations, group projects, and solo work, “Bad Decisions” arrives as the latest project in a string of new music. This includes Jungkook’s recent bop with Charlie Puth, “Left and Right,” and j-hope’s solo album, Jack in the Box, and smash headline set at Lollapalooza.
