The ninth annual 80/35 music festival in downtown Des Moines’ Western Gateway Park on Friday and Saturday, July 8 and 9, 2016, releases 30 acts slotted to perform, including headliners Nas and The Decemberists. Additional bands will be announced in May to complete the nearly 50-act, three-stage lineup.
