Founded in 2005 by Alex Martel, a 17 year-old kid from Montebello who wanted to transform his village into a rock paradise, Amnesia Rockfest quickly became the biggest rock music festival in Canada and the largest event in the Outaouais with its impressive lineup, party vibe, unique camping experience and affordable prices. Located in the countryside by the Outaouais River between Montreal and Ottawa, Rockfest welcomes thousands of rockers every year from all over the world.
