This spring, Lowcountry culture meets a vibrant and diverse musical lineup at the waterfront just outside the historic beauty of Charleston, SC. The inaugural High Water Festival, curated by the Holy City-based folk duo Shovels & Rope, comes to Riverfront Park in North Charleston Saturday-Sunday, April 22nd -23rd, 2017. The two-day event brings together more than 20 musical acts across two stages; exclusive, Charleston chef-curated dining experiences; local craft beer, wine, and cocktail immersions; and more.
