The annual Free Press Summer Festival will be reborn in 2018, with a new name and springtime dates. Brought to you by a founder of FPSF and the founders of Austin City Limits Music Festival, In Bloom Music Festival will take place March 24-25 at downtown Houston’s Eleanor Tinsley Park. This 2-day festival will deliver more than 50 music performances on 4 stages right in the heart of Texas.
