KROQ Presents On The Water Festival is set to debut on Saturday, October 12th & Sunday, October 13th at Huntington State Beach in Huntington Beach, CA. Produced by SGE, this new event will feature music from some of the biggest names in rock, reggae, ska, jam & dub, including many who share deep-seated Southern California roots. Slightly Stoopid will perform two sets, closing out Saturday night electric, and a rare special acoustic performance on Sunday. Dirty Heads and 311 will close out Sunday.
