Riot Fest East is the latest off-shot of Chicago’s longtime punk festival Riot Fest. However, unlike its parent festival, which takes place in various venues over the course of five days, Riot Fest East will go down as a one-day affair at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia, PA on September 24th.
