Consequence wants to honor the local venues, gathering places, and institutions across the country that build community and allow culture to thrive. That’s why we’ve launched Hometowns of Consequence, a fan-led initiative highlighting America’s best music venues.
Fans can nominate their favorite local music venues (2,000-cap or less), the places where they always go for a great show and where creative communities gather together. Then, you’ll get a referral link to share with friends using #HometownsOfConsequence on social media; referring friends will earn you discounts on the Consequence Shop and a chance to win tickets to your nominated venue!
The four venues from each region – Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, and West – with the most nominations will be named finalists. Another voting round in August will determine the final regional champions. We’ll honor the winners with exclusive in-depth content taking fans behind the scenes and spotlighting the people who keep these venues going, as well as unique events for fans to join in on the celebration.
